The street “flows” seamlessly into the lobby: movement along the colonnade echoes the rhythm of the façade columns, while green oases complement the recreation zones.

______The interior concept is built on a balance of opposites. The rough, textured, and dynamic character of the first floor contrasts with the second floor, where polished surfaces, subdued lighting, and a sense of privacy define the atmosphere.
